Dustin showed up on time,not like other roofers that say theyre going to be there, I based my review on a lot of different things. I looked at his metal work very closely on the drip edge it looks like a professional sheet metal worker did it. Im very picky and was blown away at his skills, the roof came out amazing havent seen work like this on any job. I had a leak in the roof where a vent pipe was coming out. Left Dustin a message; called me back that day; gave me a quote. He showed up the next morning, fixed the leak and also fixed 2 other minor issues that I could not reach. I was in the market for three upgrades to my home; a new gutter system, extensive repair of wood siding, and painting. Before I met Frank Montanez from Home Resolutions, I had interviewed five companies and one gutter company. I found the nation-wide gutter company quote to be totally “out-of-the ballpark”exorbitant. One building contractor quoted a very low price, provided scant information, and offered immediate availability, which didn’t exactly instill confidence! I wanted the job to be done in the proper sequence in a timely manner, because I knew that trying to align the schedules of various contractors was going to be a challenge and might delay completion of the project. It was difficult enough to find painters who would work around carpenters, but no one wanted to have to deal with the gutters!

The minute I met with Frank, I knew that I had found the right people to do the work. His expertise, thorough explanation of the work to be done, and the meticulous quotes that ultimately came in as promised, was truly impressive. Home Resolution really delivered on a well-coordinated, seamless job. We met with Dustin who considerately informed us of our options and how Home Resolutions could help. Our roof was fitted with a tarp while they completed other projects already underway, so no more leaks while we waited!

When my roof started leaking in early December 2018, Dustin made it a priority to get out to my house and fix it as soon as possible before the snow came. Him and his team did an excellent job and haven't had any problems with the leak since. He also just completed (May 2019) replacing the rest of my roof (45 squares), his team did an equally great job and the roof looks great. I highly recommend him.

So far I've hired him to remove a chimney, re-shingle a porch roof, fix gutters that were installed improperly by someone else, and replace old skylights, and I've been very happy with all of his work. When I was trying to prolong the life of my very old and leaking skylights, Dustin re-sealed them and checked in a couple weeks later after a rain storm to see how they were holding up. I had a minor leak coming around the frame of my skylight. Assumed it was a relatively minor repair - with the exception of getting on my 3rd story roof (which I don't know how anyone does). Unfortunately every quote I got was for absurd amounts 3k - 15k. I was about to give in and accept getting hosed...then Dustin came by. Said it was an easy fix. The flashing was improperly done. Dustin is the best around. He's super responsive, knows what he's doing, and will do it right. So far I've hired him to remove a chimney, re-shingle a porch roof, fix gutters that were installed improperly by someone else, and replace old skylights, and I've been very happy with all of his work. When I was trying to prolong the life of my very old and leaking skylights, Dustin re-sealed them and checked in a couple weeks later after a rain storm to see how they were holding up. When my roof started leaking in early December 2018, Dustin made it a priority to get out to my house and fix it as soon as possible before the snow came. Him and his team did an excellent job and haven't had any problems with the leak since. I called about a quote, got a good price, and they showed up to do the work three weeks later. It took 2 days for them to do my entire roof (1600 sq. foot house cape with a few dormers). They replaced rotted wood in a few spots with no extra charge. I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to give credit to this company.

I used Home Resolution's website to contact them. I typed a brief message along with my contact information. I didn't expect to hear from them right away but I was completely surprised! Dustin called me within a few hours and came out for the estimate on my roof the next day. Due to a wind storm, I needed my roof to be patched until I could get it fully replaced. The weather was still too cold for roofing. Home Resolution came out within a few days after the estimate and patched the roof. The awesome thing was Dustin absorbed the cost of the patch work into the cost of replacing my entire roof. I have to say with all honesty Dustin gave me a good feeling when I first talked to him and throughout the entire process. He is very professional and easy to talk to. As promised, as soon as the weather got good, Dustin gave me a call and came out to replace my roof. The work they did took a few days but keep in mind they had to remove several layers of roof on my house and replace the roof on my shed. They were very meticulous in keeping nails and debris from going in the driveway and on the lawn. The roof looks great and the price was on point. I would definitely hire them again!

We had just moved in when our bedroom ceiling began to leak.

We met with Dustin who considerately informed us of our options and how Home Resolutions could help. Our roof was fitted with a tarp while they completed other projects already underway, so no more leaks while we waited!

Once onsite, the team of Dustin, Greg, Ethan, and Freddie worked systematically and efficiently at each of the 4 aspects of our hip roof.
